Sammie - - - Greeter

Sammie comes to work with Scott every day. She helps greet all of our customers and enjoys playing with the children that come in.

Roletta "Walt" Oakley - - - Owner

Walt moved to the Branson area from Omaha, Nebraska in September of 1993 where she had a pre-owned car dealership. Once here she decided to open Oakley Auto World, which is now one of the nicest pre-owned dealerships in the area. Walt has been in the auto sales industry since the late 70's starting out at a Chevrolet dealership in Kansas City. She has 2 sons, 1 granddaughter, and 2 grandsons, all living in the area.

Jack Oakley - - - General Manager

Jack is our General Manager and keeps everything running smoothly. In addition to keeping the day to day operations under control he has a big vision for the business and always keeps us moving forward. He does a great job buying inventory and making sure that we have quality vehicles for sale and a top notch service department.

Jack met his wife Wendy while helping his parents move to the Ozarks in 1993. He made the decision to stay in this area and become a part of the family business. He is happily married and has 1 son and 1 daughter.

Outside of work he enjoys his family time, sports, and cooking on the grill.

Scott Oakley - - - Sales Manager

As Sales Manager Scott puts out fires all throughout the day. He is in charge of keeping our sales staff trained and up to date to provide the best possible service to our guests. He does an outstanding job and loves what he does!

Scott has grown up in the car business and has played an integral part in the growth of Oakley Auto World. He is dedicated to making sure that we are all taken care of.

He is married to Lindsey and they have 1 son. Outside of work he enjoys spending time as a family, traveling, and the Denver Broncos.

Chris Horton - - - Business Manager

Chris has been with Oakley Auto World since 1998 and stepped into the role of Business Manager over 16 years ago. He is responsible for compliance and maintaining strong relationships with our lenders. Chris does a great job serving us and our customers with continued education in the areas of finance and service agreement options.

Chris grew up in the area and has been married to his wife Jennifer for over 19 years and they have 2 sons. When not at work he can surely be found on the basketball court with his boys or tournament fishing.

Tracy Shelden - - - Office Manager

As our Office Manager Tracy does EVERYTHING behind the scenes.

Tracy has been a part of Oakley Auto World since 2015 and enjoys being a part of the family. She has many years of experience running an office and has been a huge asset.

She is originally from Wilmington, IL. She is married to John and they have 2 sons and 1 daughter. Outside of the office she loves to paddleboard on Table Rock Lake, and has even become a certified paddleboard trainer!

Nikki Wells - - - Office Assistant

Howdy, I am Nikki Wells and I am one of the Office Assistants here at Oakley Auto World. I help with answering phones, filing, titles, service cashier and anything else needed to keep things running smoothly. I have over 10 years of customer service and office experience and I love being able to help people and make their day a little brighter. I enjoy the family atmosphere and the kindness that the Oakley’s show to everyone who walks through the doors. A professional accomplishment I am proud of is when I had the opportunity to create training manuals for several different computer input systems for customer service. I believe God has blessed me with the Spirit of excellence so I am always striving to do better than the day before. I know there will be challenges so I learn and move on with understanding. I am originally from Kalamazoo, MI but have been living in Texas the last 10 years. My husband and I moved to Branson in 2022 with our 2 Beautiful Shepherds and 2 Amazing Cats. We love the area, enjoy seeing all the shows and on our free time we like to go camping and visit new places. My vision for success is to be open to where God leads me and to always be willing to learn even if it is difficult. I believe in being the change you want to see so I will greet every guest with a smile, and a kind heart and hopefully if they are having a rough day I can bring a little sunshine.

JJ Massey - - - Office Associate

Hello! I'm JJ Massey. I've been in the car industry since 2005, and I'm an associate here at Oakley Auto World, where I play a key role in keeping our administrative office running smoothly. From handling various administrative tasks to processing titles for the latest vehicles, I strive to ensure that your car buying or service experience is seamless and enjoyable. allowing our team to deliver the best service possible, I take great joy in supporting my team and creating an atmosphere where everyone I encounter leaves with a smile. It's fulfilling to know that my efforts contribute to a positive experience for our customers, vendors, and team alike! Before joining Oakley Auto World, I was a Finance Director at 417 magazine, where I developed a keen eye for detail. Now I bring that expertise to help ensure every aspect of your visit is handled with care. With kindness and accuracy as my guiding principles, I believe every customer deserves a warm welcome and efficient service. Whether you're picking up your new car or visiting for routine maintenance, I'm here to make every interaction feel personal and appreciated. When I'm not at the dealership, I'm soaking up time with my family in the beautiful Ozarks. I love catching live music, cheering on our favorite sports teams, and enjoying water activities. I also dabble in baking and gardening whenever I can. My vision for success is all about raising my kids, Laken and River, to be kind, Wonderful individuals. Eric Cantrell - - - Service Manager

Hello! Im Eric Cantrell. I am the service manager here at Oakley Auto World. I have been working this kind of job for over 30 years. The thing I like most about this job is meeting all kinds of new people, helping others, and overcoming whatever obstacles come my way. I am ASC Certified, I have owned my own auto repair business, and I have always worked and enjoyed working in the automotive field. I hold my integrity in the highest regard, so even if some people may not like what I have to say, I will always tell the truth to the best of my knowledge. A little about myself I live in Rockaway Beach, I'm very active in my church at Life Christian Church in Branson, I love camping, hiking, kayaking, and spending time with family, and I've been married since 1991 to my incredible wife Lisa. My vision in life is to serve people with integrity and make lifelong friends, and to improve my service for guest life, I will treat each customer as if they were my personal friend.

Hayden Hursh - - - Parts Manager

Hey everyone I'm Hayden I am the Parts Manager in charge of ordering parts for the customer/ dealership vehicles. I've been doing this kind of job for 4 years and I never get tired of the variety of cars that come in, nothings the same. I believe I try everything at least once so that I can be of help and give it my best effort. I was born and raised in Branson and have been living on a family farm that I love, I also enjoy reading and working on vehicles when I can. I'm always trying to move forward no matter the obstacle ahead of me, I'm always giving my full attention to guests and I will always try and solve whatever problem their may be.
